Michelle Aronson is a farmer, chef, educator, and owner of the Farmbelly Cooking School. Michelle has worked in sustainable agriculture for the past ten years, with a passion for education in the agricultural and culinary arts. After attending culinary school at the Ballymaloe Cooking School, located on a 100-acre organic farm in Ireland, Michelle founded Farmbelly as a way to share her love for growing, cooking, and eating seasonal bounty with others.
